• Authored new business processes for deploying and maintaining 3 web-based apps, a native iOS app and IP camera-based computer vision platform across 40+ locations in 7 markets. • Created a "platform accuracy certification" program by which all new locations are measured before launching live on the Metropolis platform. • Documented SOP for flagging and resolving network and equipment outages to achieve 99.6% uptime nationwide. • Created training plans and materials for brand ambassadors increasing new member conversion to a monthly average of ~45% of contacted users. • Directed a business process outsourcing (BPO) team as primary point of contact for new issues and use cases ensuring 98%+ data integrity for user and usage information 24/7. • Created recruiting plan for Operations Support Specialist role and conducted all peer interviews through a growth from 1 to 8 team members.
August 2019 to May 2020
• Followed 20+ major product initiatives from ideation to release. • Authored product requirement documents (PRDs) for new features and code refactors for 3 web-based apps, the launch of a v1.0 native iOS app and development of a proprietary computer vision platform. • Led initial round of QA through each release cycle. • Created and documented new feedback mechanisms such as testing plans and issue-tracking templates. • Conducted interviews with internal and external users. • Managed user stories and development tickets using Jira and GitHub. • Created XML resources for company-wide internal communications strategy used in all employee onboarding. • Created connective tissue between Product, Engineering and Operations groups. • Reported to the Director of Product on usage, performance and data accuracy metrics using MySQL, Tableau and Google Analytics.

• Helped underwrite acquisitions, leases and operating agreements of commercial real estate assets grossing $100M+. • Surveyed physical infrastructure of under-developed assets through DBS documentation, in-person walkthroughs, etc. • Interviewed property managers and tenants of AAA commercial properties to identify potential operating improvements.

• Directly managed $250K+ portfolio of individual securities through ~12.3% account growth year-over-year. • Curated financial news and delivered detailed reports on price action to founding partners. • Designed and templatized technical trading indicators through the thinkorswim ATP. • Generated and interpreted automatic regression analysis models using Apple iWork and web-based stock screeners.
